Four ways the work gets done
You can buy the artifact, learn the skill, hire the programme, or have me teach your team to do it without me. Most engagements combine two.
- 01
Search programme
Technical SEO, content that earns citations, and the monitoring to catch a drop on the day it happens. Delivered as an ongoing programme with a named owner and a monthly review, not an audit that sits in a folder.
Best when there is a site, traffic, and someone who can act on recommendations.
- 02
Acquisition and conversion
Paid and organic working as one budget rather than two arguments. Landing pages, offer positioning, and a conversion path that is measured until it stops leaking. Includes the lead routing that makes sure enquiries get answered.
Best when traffic exists but the pipeline does not reflect it.
- 03
Automation build
We find the task that repeats every week and costs hours, and I build the workflow that removes it. You get the artifact, the setup documentation, and a recording of the build so your team can maintain it.
Best when a specific process is eating a specific person’s week.
- 04
Team enablement
The courses, run against your own data and your own processes. Your team leaves able to build and judge automations without me, which is the point. Includes a review of what they build afterwards.
Best when the constraint is capability rather than capacity.
How I work
Four commitments
These are the terms of the engagement, not marketing copy. They are what you should hold me to.
- 01
Measurement before opinion
Every recommendation traces to something measurable. If I cannot tell you how we will know whether it worked, it is not a recommendation — it is a preference.
- 02
No fabricated urgency
No countdown timers, no "only three spots" that resets tomorrow. If something is limited, the limit is real and I will tell you what it is.
- 03
I will tell you when it is not a fit
The wrong engagement costs both of us more than a declined one. If a workflow will not solve your problem, or the problem is the offer rather than the traffic, I say so.
- 04
You own everything
Workflows, configurations, accounts, documentation. No proprietary layer that makes you dependent on me to operate what you paid for.
Before you get in touch
01 What does an engagement cost?
It depends on the shape, and I quote after the first call rather than before — quoting a range without knowing the site, the data and the constraint produces a number that is wrong in one direction or the other. The call itself is free and I will tell you honestly if it is not a fit.
02 Do you work with small businesses or only larger ones?
The automation builds suit small teams well, because a single removed manual process is a larger proportional gain when there are few people. The search and acquisition programmes need enough traffic and enough data to measure against, which usually means an established site.
03 How quickly do results show?
Automation builds are visible in weeks — either the manual task is gone or it is not. Search work moves on search timelines: technical fixes can register in days, content and authority take months. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you a feeling.
04 Can you work alongside our existing team or agency?
Yes, and it is often the better arrangement. I am usually brought in for a specific constraint rather than to replace a whole function, and team enablement is designed for exactly that.
