What this does
Interviews you in writing and turns the answers into a structured context document. It asks the questions that decide whether downstream content is any good: what you sell, what it replaces, who buys it and who should not, what they already believe when they arrive, what they are afraid of, what proof you actually have, and the words you never want used about you.
Then it writes that into a file the other workflows read before they do anything.
What you get
- The interview prompt, ordered to produce usable answers rather than tidy ones
- The output template, with the fields the other workflows expect
- A contradictions pass, which flags where your answers disagree with each other — usually where the real positioning problem lives
- Guidance on keeping it current without rewriting it every quarter
What it replaces
The opening paragraph of every prompt you have ever written explaining your business. It replaces the drift that appears when three people write content for one brand and none of them describe it the same way.
Honest limits
It writes down what you tell it. Describe your customer as “anyone who wants to grow” and you get a confident document about selling to everyone, which is the most expensive mistake in marketing.
It is a first draft of your positioning, not a strategy. The contradictions pass will surface the hard questions. Answering them is your job, and it is not a small one.
